Is there a cost to join?
There is no upfront cost to apply or join the RNPL contractor network. Program fees, if any, are tied to successful project completions.
What types of contractors can apply?
We welcome general contractors, kitchen and bathroom renovators, basement specialists, electricians, HVAC contractors, plumbers, painters, and more. If you do renovation work, we want to hear from you.
What areas do you serve?
RNPL currently operates in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, including Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, and Toronto. We are expanding to additional markets.
How does RNPL® financing work for homeowners?
Eligible homeowners may be able to access financing options for their renovation project through RNPL®. Available programs, including promotional financing where applicable, are subject to eligibility, approval and applicable terms. Contractors do not need to bring their own financing provider to participate in the RNPL network.
